Collagen Casing, packaging for cooked or fresh sausages:

Nippi casing is made from collagen, a protein found in the connective tissue of animals. The unique aspect of Nippi is the use of their original collagen solution. Nippi casing is different from other collagen casings because the collagen solution permits the extrusion of stronger membranes. This ensures excellent machinability while maintaining tenderness.

Nippi Fresh:

Nippi Fresh is designed for all types of fresh sausages to be cooked by dehydrating heat such as deep fat frying, grilling and pan-frying. Nippi Fresh is also designed to shrink less during deep fat frying so that breakage and pullback after frying is minimal. Nippi Fresh is designed to swell fast so that casing becomes flexible after the meat is stuffed. It gives nice closed ends during the linking process without breakage or tears.

Nippi Fresh has a membrane that has been improved to give clarity (transparency) and surface luster which gives the final product excellent consumer eye appeal.

Nippi Regular:

Nippi Regular has an extra strong membrane which enables trouble free, high-speed stuffing. After finishing the smoking / cooking processes, Nippi Regular’s membrane becomes extra tender.

Products such as sausages and smallgoods are able to be fried on frying pans without causing breakage or peeling to the Nippi Regular Casing. Its strength also ensures product continuity during the cooking and smoking process.
