Environmental Policy
Globus Group regards environmental
management as a fundamental aspect of its
quality management system. Globus continually
reviews, and seeks to improve its ability
to meet its responsibilities and expectations
of its customers, suppliers, employees and
the community.
Globus Group takes environmental
factors into consideration in its risk analysis
and decision making process. Globus has
set up a comprehensive set of policies and
practices to protect its employees, assets
and the environment.
Globus Group is proactively
implementing its environmental policy throughout
its operations. An integral element in the
successful achievement of this objective
is its involvement in the packaging covenant.
The packaging covenant action plan outlines
packaging stewardship issues that Globus
Group needs to address. Through increasing
awareness of these issues and increasing
acceptance and support for the policy amongst
all employees, Globus is confident that
its interaction with the environment will
be sustainable.
