Fibrous Casing G Type

Globus Fibrous Casing G Type is designed for better adhesion to the specific food product such as salami or smallgoods. The inner surface of the fibrous casing is specially treated during production so that it adheres to and shrinks with the food product as it dries. Fibrous Casing G Type allows the product to mature while inside the casing. This type of casing also allows for shrinking around the product to produce a tight fit, and as an extra benefit reduces air pockets and spoilage. Fibrous Casing G Type can be supplied as cut pieces, in bundles or reel form.

Fibrous Casing V Type

Globus Fibrous Casing V Type is the best type of fibrous casing for cooked or smoked products such as smallgoods and hams. This type of casing sticks to the product and reduces product movement once inside the packaging. Fibrous Casing V Type has an easy release which allows the product to be taken out easily and efficiently and is considered to be traditional natural casing. Fibrous Casing V Type is also available in cut pieces, bundles or reel form.

Fibrous Casing E Type 'easy peel'

Globus Fibrous Casing E Type is commonly known as ‘easy peel’ because it is an easy peelable type of fibrous casing. In this type of casing the inner surface of the casing is specially treated during production to make it easily peelable from the encased food product without disrupting the product’s surface. This fibrous casing is best suited to food products that can be cooked and smoked such as smallgoods and hams.
