Chris hails from the UK but has been resident in Australia for the past 10 years and is now an Australian citizen. He has been a partner with Global accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for over 20 years spending time in Papua New Guinea as Managing Partner before holding various managerial roles in Australia. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Fellow of the Institute of Charted Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the Securities Institute of Australia.

Chris is no stranger to Globus as he has acted as an advisor to the Globus Group since 2001. As a result he has a firm grasp of the business’ strengths and strategy. He is well known to all the Globus senior management team in Australia and New Zealand, and as a result has been able to ensure a seamless and rapid transition into his new role.

Chris commenced his new role with Globus Group on the 1^st of March 2011.

The consolidation of Viscofan, Naturin & Teepak USA was an irresistible combination for Globus, our in-house converting capability and product knowledge was just as compelling to the management of Viscofan. Both sides agreed that it would be a winning combination. Viscofan is now the largest manufacturer of artificial sausage casings in the world, current total worldwide casing market share is approximately 60%, not only the largest but by far the most innovative and with a dedication to quality that matches the Globus of today.
