Nippi Regular
Nippi casing is made from collagen,
a protein found in the connective
tissue of animals. The unique aspect
of Nippi is the use of their original
collagen solution. Nippi casing is
different from other collagen casings
because the collagen solution permits
the extrusion of stronger membranes.
This ensures excellent machinability
while maintaining tenderness.
Nippi casings are:

Nippi Regular has an extra strong
membrane which enables trouble free,
high-speed stuffing. After finishing
the smoking / cooking processes, Nippi
Regular’s membrane becomes extra
tender.
Products are able to be fried on
frying pans without causing breakage
or peeling to the Nippi Regular Casing.
Its strength also ensures product
continuity during the cooking and
smoking process
