At Globus Group we are committed to one single objective: to repeatedly supply our customers with quality goods and services, in the time they require and to the specification they supplied. We call this objective “perfect order.”

To achieve this objective, every member of Globus Group must be involved and ensure that whatever work they pass on to our customers, whether internal or external reflects our attitude to quality.

Globus Group has established, will maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of a quality management system which complies with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 as the means by which all departments of Globus Group will ensure that our supply of products and services will meet our customers’ needs and expectations.

In addition, Globus Group will continue to purchase or build machinery, equipment and materials of the appropriate technology and train its staff to meet the continuing requirements of its customers.

These principles form the basis of Globus Group’s objectives. All levels of management and staff are actively supporting the implementation of this policy.
