Sun Smoke
Smoke casing imparts a smoked flavour
to your product without bleeding.
It always generates a uniform product
which results in quality assurance
and microbiological advantages. There
is no weight loss and no muddy liquid
in the final package. The casing also
has excellent peel-ability.

- dry stuffing, no soaking
- overstuffing ratio 6% to
10%
